Arts. 1. Seizure of things corporeal property moveable or immoveable
may have place for any one of the purposes causes following: namely
1. Punishment: namely for the individual party whose property is
seized.
2. Stoppage of mischief: the property in question being either
a subject matter or an instrument of the mischief.
3. Securing forthcomingness for justif justiciability.
4. Securing forthcomingness for testification: that is to say
for the exhibition of circumstantial evidence, by means of
the sensible of the article in question./
