Suit termination
by execution mandate

Art. 1. The operation from which a suit receives its termination,
is the issuing of an appropriate mandate: or say terminative
instrument or instrument of execution

Art. 1. The event or events by the happening of which
a suit receives its termination are the events produced by compliance obedience
given to instrument stiled an instrument of execution meaning
judicial execution: or say an execution mandate.
