Collative, with relation to the title of the

by them, it will with relation to any burthen,
imposed on the Defendant by the obligation
of rendering those same Services,

Pursuers, to the services respectively demanded
to by them, any such fact will, with relation
to the burthen imposed on the Defendant
by the obligation of rendering any such services,
be exonerative.
In the case of a criminal offence, collative circumstances
will be the several inculpative; criminative
and aggravative circumstances belonging to the description
of the act: ablative, the several justificative, exemptive
