Orders addressible to
parties

Orders addressible to a party whether in the pursuers
or on the defendant's side are the following

1 Attendance order

1. An attendance order. The days at which an order of this
sort may be requisite in any portion in the length of the suit
from and after its first spontaneous application

2 Payment commanding
order 1 of money needed
for costs 2 of compensation
money for undue
costs 3 Fine for costs
falshood 4 of fine for
undue consummation
of judicial time

2. A payment commanding order or say payment order
Occasion and Purpose f for which an order of the sort may be issued are
1. of money needed for defraying the natural cost or other
of the next or other subsequent proceeding or proceedings.
2. Payment of money by a party on either side in compensation
for undue vexa expence or vexation occasioned in
matters party in the course of the suit
3. Fine for falshood or insincerity mendacious or temerarious, manifested
by either party at any stage of the pursuit
4. Fine for unjustifiable consummation of time of the
judiciary to the prejudice of other suits by means of the
delay thus produced.

By omission of particulars
requisite in an
order Judge liable to
censure but no
nullification

To constitute a valid ground for a payment order
mention of the efficient cause of the need of the payment, and of the purpose
to which the means is applied is in every instance necessary requisite

By the omission of any particular requisite in a
Judge's order the Judge will be exposed to censure, but the
validly and binding fine of the order will not be imposed.

No such effect as that of nullification chaos this Code produce or suffer to be
