Brown against White. At the first hearing of the Suit those
named the pursuer having mentioned you as having, as he
supposes a joint interest with him in the end of the suit this
is to give you notice to attend at the Justice Chamber on
[ ] on the [ ] day of [ ] there to
at the join in the direction giving with him in his pursuit
and if yo in case of such function to also to fill up a separate Demand
paper for yourself or to mark your name together with
any such other signature as the case may require, in his.
In the event of your joining such junction with him to bear your part in
the cost. In the event of your not attending or not joining
with him, you will thereby
forego all advantage from the suit: to wit either definitely
or provisionally: and if provisionally you will not
at any future time be admitted, without making full compensation
for all delay vexation and expence occasioned by
your non-attendance or non junction in the first instance.

N.B. If by the cogent persons the testimony of any
such proper Co-pursuer happens to be deemed requisite,
two Mandates will be addressed to him as pressing as
above his attendance in quality of Copursuer. the other requiring
his attendance in quality of Witness.
