Responsibility announcing warning

5.3. In the account of such damage will be included
not only the damage to parties in respect of the matter of the suit but the damage to respect
of costs of suit whether to parties or to any witnesses on whom
the burthen of attendance may have suffered injuries from
your default.

6.4. If the case be such that it can not be ascertained
to which side of the suit the damage will attach
a fine to the use of the public will be substituted to satisfaction
as above.

7.5. For the more effectually securing such your attendance
or in default thereof satisfaction as above or punishment
at your charge any property you may be in po of yours whether in your
own hands or in the hands of any other person will, if necessary may
be prehended and dealt with according to law.

8.6. So likewise, if necessary will any other burthen of which
your circumstance renders you susceptible, be imposed on you whether it be
by suspension or extinction of rights or infliction of disabilities
of positive obligations imposition of inflictive in respect of your person, property
reputation or condition in life, or by imposition of positive
obligations.
