II. Eventual Excuse-allowing information

9.1. If from attending as above you find yourself
prevented by any legitimate excuse true in fact and allowed
by law, you may instead of so attending cause to be
received in due time at the Justice Chamber as above, such
your excuse: to wit by stating the nature of it, according
to the directions contained in the blank Non Attendance Excuse paper herewith
included.

10.2. The effect of such excuse will be to exempt
you from responsibility, satisfaction and punishment
as above in respect of your non-attendance at the time
required: but it will not exempt you from the obligation
of attending when neither the impediments therein mentioned and
any other in the Excuse paper mentioned have place:
and as soon as all excuses have ceased you stand
bound to cause to be received at the Justice Chamber information
of such cessation, on pain of suffering as for non-attendance.

III Veracity securing warning.

11.3. For the truth of every assertion contained in such excuse paper you will stand
responsible satisfactionably and punisherably responsible or both, as the
case may be, in the same manner, in the same manner
as if it had been expressed by word of mouth as in the
Justice Chamber.

IV Eventual Re examinability warning announcing clause

12.4. Respecting every such assertion you will
remain liable to be at any time examined under the same responsibility
by word of mouth in the Justice Chamber or any such other place
as shall have been appointed.
