otherwise designate the paper writing written or other document required
or the other thing whatsoever it be which will require to be
viewed by the Judge in the character of a source of
evidence.]

If Warnings as to against default.

1. If, it being in your power to bring the same you
fail in so doing you will be responsible, satisfactionably and
punitionably in the same manner as if you had failed
made default in respect of attendance.

2. So, if by neglect, much more if by design, can it
be rendered by you in a way less adapted to the purpose of being employed
in evidence.

3. So, if it be shall have been thus dealt with
antecedently to your receipt of this mandate, the document
shall have been in expectation thereof so dealt with, in the expectation thereof.
