7. Instead of your attendance in person or by proxy
Your Demand Defence paper, will if you desire, at your desire if duly
and sufficiently filled up be accepted.

VII. Law-assistant, if any must sign Defence paper.

8. If for the filling up of your Defence paper, you
call on employ the need of any professional Lawyer, he will
under his responsibility, compensational and punishonal,
add his name as such to yours.

VIII Testimony-giving paper receivable in lieu of attendance

9. Along with In addition to your Defence paper, you will transmitt cause
to be received at the said Justice Chamber to this Judicatory your "Testimony-giving paper
in answer to the questions interrogatories contained in the Examination
Testimony requiring paper herewith inclosed

10 On receipt of this mandate you will by the
earliest conveyance cause to be received at this Judicatory this Justice
Chamber information thereof: or in default of your so doing you
will have to make satisfaction you will be compensationally responsible to all parties inconvenienced

receipt acknowledging paper: of which when filled up according to
the direction therein contained, you may employ it for that
