X Eventual Excuse allowing information allowance

12 If your attendance in person being required you
find yourself prevented from so doing by any legitimate
excuse, you will may instead of such attendance so attending cause to be
received such your excuse: in this time at the Judicatory Justice Chamber as above
to wit: by stating the nature of it
according to the directions contained in the blank Excuse
paper herewith inclosed

XI Compliance- or Defence securing warning

13 If in respect in relation of any of the requisitions here contained
you fail to make compliance to comply your body will you or your property
all or any part of it will by the speediest manner be
thereupon by mandate from the judicatory
prehended by mandate for the security the service demanded
by the pursuer will by the most speedy and
effectual means be rendered at your charge: and to that for that
purpose and your body your property or any part thereof may
be prehended, and your property sold, and all or any other
such modes of enforcing compliance employed as you the
circumstances of the case require, and your circumstances admitt of.

containing the examination of the Pursuer

2 Or instead of this, or along with this, may for reasons assigned be transmitted
if the Judge thinks fit any other documents, respectively containing the evidence testimony orally
or epistolary expressed of any parties or witnesses whether
orally or epistolary expressed.

☞ Where the antecedently delivered testimony proposed to be communicated is
that of a witness or if a person party of the same side with the
party to whom the communication is made or with a
witness d testifying on his behalf, it will be the care of the
Judge not to fur to avoid furnishing incredulity-aiding information.
