Behaviour in Court Respect to be paid to Judges

he shall pay no costs: and if the judge shall appear
to have acted through corruption or private malice
he may be compelled to pay to the Appellant, besides
the costs, a sum of money by way of damages.

The parties and all the Audience shall remain
with their heads uncovered all the time they
are in presence of the Judge, unless, upon account
of some bodily indisposition, it shall please him to
permit any man to be covered. They shall also upon all
occasions prefer what they have to say with an expression
of respect saying, Worshipful Sir or may it
please Your Worship. And if any man has occasion
to request any thing of the Judge, he shall say, I
humbly move Your Worship, or I humbly move You,
Sir, that" — and so on expressing his request.
