Respect to be paid to Judges.

rather on the side of the Judge than on the side of the
Appellant especially if the Appellant happen to be superior
to the Judge in fortune rank or power. & For it is
better that an individual should suffer somewhat more
than is necessary for keeping him within the bounds
of respect than that the office of Judge should be rendered
contemptible in the eyes of the people.

The Judge may interrupt any man; but let no man
interrupt the Judge.

If any man interrupt the Judge he may be reprimanded
and if he do so a second time he may be committed.
