1 If, in the presence of a Judge, during the sitting of the Court, any
person any by no speech, gestures or any other signs, visible or audible,
expresses contempt or threat for the person or character, conduct, or power
of the Judge, or of any officer acting under the authority of the Judge
the Judge may commit him to prison, having first ruled committed
to writing a record of the fact.
