(2 1. Venue

Changing the venue is not changing the what is not changed by the changing of the venue is — the Court in
which the cause is commenced: this is in every case altogether
at the option of the plaintiff, to the extent of within the limits marked out by the jurisdiction
respectively belonging to the four great natural Courts.

What is changed by the venue changing of the venue is

this occasion, may not be altogether thrown away.
