What is it that aggregates into one suit the whole
train of operations consequent upon that species of application
by which commencement is given to a Suit?
What is it that causes a train of operation given train or sense to constituting
two or more say in the first place two suits rather than one
suit: and of two suits, two suits which with relation reference to each
other are not identical but different divers
