But in whatever pla forms it presents itself whether
in any of the above for or in any other of any other
there be, by the arrangement here employed, the
difficulty may be effectually obviated. By the information
elicited from the applicant, the nature of his situation
as to all these the purpose in question may be fully adequately
brought to light: on his responsibility, he points out
by what means, for such a length of time as in the eyes of the Judge
that is necessary, a missive, addressed according to the
mode of address furnished by him may serve to reach him. 8
Accessibility securing
arrangements

In the English system no such handy accessibility

hide and seek. Each of them having his Attorney, the
case of securing his accessibility is left to the Attorney,
Against any want of accessibility The Attorney unless self-regarding procedure
be wanting to him will take care to secure
against all such accidents his own indemnity. But the well which by
paid Agent a sufficient sum or security for it in hand of the party may have made himself perfectly
secure against all such accidents, clients on both sides
may be suffering to any extent: and the greater the difficulties
the greater the quantity and expense of the work the Attorney
may
make for himself for
the removal of
it.
