This the result of
exclusion of suitors
from Judges presence

But while the professional man in all his form is thus fattening
the parties on both sides and in particular those on whose
side Justice is, are in a of sufferance.

Of the radical arrangement effectual and characteristic of technical procedure of
judicial procedure in its predatory state by which in cases between individual and individual
suitors are kept perpetually excluded from the presence of the Judge
this is one and but one of the many better points

No difficulty until
the claw of the legal;
harpy has found
admission

When judicial procedure is out of the question,
and the claw of the authorized harpy has not yet fashioned
itself found admission, men of ordinary understandings of
ordinary degrees of perspicacity, find no difficulty
in settling effectual means of material communication
for any length of time which it may happen to
to require. But to be at all times blind to those things so many things to
which the eyes of all other men are at all times wide
open as among the prerogative of an the English Judge
blind to all things but those by which their own
interest and that of their associates in iniquity is served.
