On each such occasion regard with being had to the above end the Judge will relieve or
vary in kind, and augment or diminish in quantity the
security whatsoever security against groundless such he may
have seen reason to exact of the pursuer as a condition
to the accretion or prehension performed in relation
to the Defendants

Where and in so far as the effective service demanded
and at the charge of the Defendant consists in the exaction of
pecuniary compensation, the Judge after careful examination
of the pursuer for prevention of excess will take for

less sum as to the Judge shall appear more apt. reasonable
