Judge to vary

On each such occasion regard with being had to the above end the Judge will relieve or
vary in kind, and augment or diminish in quantity the
security whatsoever security against groundless such he may
have seen reason to exact of the pursuer as a condition
to the accretion or prehension performed in relation
to the Defendants
