If Defendants answer
insufficient ulterior
interrogation where
employable
If in the judgment of the Judge the Defendant's response answer
is not sufficient to grant the demand, and at the same time
in the judgment of the Judge, on after hearing the pursuer, not
so correct and compleat as by ulterior interrogatories observation communicated, it might
be ready, and that in such first as to furnish a sufficient
ground for the demand, in such case a second instrum interrogative
instrument approved by the Judge may be transmitted
to the Defendant: and so to his question, the one thing as often
as the other until the confessional evidence the adequate to sufficient
for the establishment of the demand be regarded as being either
actually obtained or hopeless
