Worthlessness of the
remedy

To To what uses the remedy not as it is as applicable,
what inapplicable, the enquiry would be endless would be
the enquiry, brief enough may be the demonstration of its general worthlessness.
It is in the form of what is called an affadavit that the declaration
is made: this is a simple declaration worded
not by the party declarant but by his professional adviser and assistant
that the aprehended is expressed: neither to
a party or the other end, nor to a Judge is the operation of
putting a question to the declarant guided possible. As at the
time of the applicant of this act of and security for verity which is not either rendered
possible so neither is it at any subsequent time.

of the in the character of a remedy: for the obtainment
of this chance the expense necessary independently
of the vexation would be a burthen borne in general the
then with relation to which it is employed as a remedy
