On this occasion judge's
choice will be between
modes oral or epistolary
Art. 1 The question here to be considered is — C Intercourse
with the defendant a person in the character of a pursued now for the first time for the purpose of the suit being requisite
to be considered and therefore eventually carried on at the
same time the extraordinary and compulsory modes of securing the attendance
and responses on his part not regarded as necessary are therefore
as apt to be employed remain two modes and for this purpose the entire of the
case admitting of two and no more than two modes of
intercourse and discourse namely the oral and the
epistolary, guess in what cases shall the one in what other
the other being employed in preference. Or which excuse, between
these two will be the Judge's choice choices
