6 §. Transference of suits

On transference of
suits Judge will give
to parties the benefit
of proceedings carried
on in his own judicatory
Art When for saving of delay, vexation
and expense the Judges with or without the consent of
the pursuer remitts the cognizance of the suit, as above to
the judicatory of another sub district he will for the
same reason give to the applicant pursuer and eventually to the all
Defendant parties on both sides the benefit of such proceedings as have been
carried on in his judicatory
