Transfer of suits
Reasons for
1 Regard for pursuers
interest

Art On either of his accounts may a the
Judge see reason for thus making such transference of a suit —

1 Regard for the interest of the pursuer when he has
seen and examined of which interest he has a conception
has been afforded by the examination pressed
by him

Art. A case in which the Judge may it is
by regard for the general interests of justice either the Judge may
have been induced to make transference of the suit or
where having from the general impliance of the applicant's
statement seen reason to suspect him of entertain a suspicion of falshood, whether
in the shape of mendacity uncertainty or culpable rashness
yet by reason of the difference in/extent of vexation and expense that appear
to be would according to appearance be result from
