If transference
for pursuers benefit
alone — transfers to
be left to pursuers
option

Art If it be for the in his view the transference
would be beneficial servicable to the interest of the pursuer, and
it is on that account alone by regard for that interest that he has is induced/inclines to make reason for the
transference the Judge will have a on the part of
the pursuer to concurr in such transfers, to continue the
suit in this same judicatory, or to drop it altogether
