to the A.P. Prehenders thereof thereto belonging
This is to require you to prehend W.P. [wheresoever
he may be to be found] and bring him forthwith
to the Justice Chamber of this Judicatory there to be examined
as a witness in the above-named suit

If instead of being accused as in ordinary cases
accused, a person whose testimony evidence is desired is thus addressed
by compulsion it will be for the Judge's consideration, the Judge will consider whether
and what information shall be given him as to the
purpose for which his evidence is desired. In this case
no intermediate time being allowed between accrution and commencement
of the journey any such information is the less likely to be of
any use.
