Note Expositions

(a) For effecting carrying on making, in relation to the justiciable,
whoever he is, the communication intercourse necessary to the
purposes of justice, mutuality either is or is not necessary.
[In the case] for as for the securing eventual execution, and
thereby effectual riddance of the demanded service, a sort of anticipated
though defensible examination, such mutuality was
not necessary in every modification of the case for every other purpose, on every other occasion
it is and will be seen to be necessary. How then
follows a view of the different modes in which such
mutuality may be effected is capable of being effected or understood to be effected
