Art. For the procurement of testimony, if the cases in which means of
the remuneration kind are employable, examples are the as follows
following —
1. For infor subsequent testimony or original information in relation to an
offence or any other of fact simple, reward remuneration in any
shape or quantity, determinate or indeterminate is
provided by general appointment of law provided and ordained to be administered
2. In the individual case in question, in virtue of
a general ordinance of law, the Judge, if his one motive is a motive from the Government Advocate
or the Defender of the Helpless, have by leave of
the Judge appointed a reward, as above to be administered.
