§. [Of] Dismissal. how

Dismissal what
Art. 1. At any By dismissal understand the operation by which
Dismissal has place the/a judicial operation in virtue in consequence of which a party who
in the suit in question had been the pursuer or one of divers
copursuers, seems so to be.

Performable at any
stage
Art.2. It may be performed at any stage of
the suit: after any step taken at any relative point of time operation performed, in
the course of any stage

1 At the initiatory
hearing immediately
on application
Art. 3. 7. Point of time the first: at the initiatory hearing immediately
after application made for the purpose of the applicants
becoming pursuers or causing some other person or persons to
become pursuer or pursuers.

hearing & correspondence
with Defendant

a defendant, any period of time in the interval between it
and the initiatory hearing and the such commencement.
