Art. 10 For the waste of time as per Art. 7 punishment
pecuniary may be decreed, in the shape of the amount paid payable
note the Helpless Litigants fund as per Const. Code Ch. XI Judiciary

Dismissed proxy
compensationally responsible

Art. 11 Whether blame have place or no, design
for expense and vexation as above the dismissed pursuer
or pursuer's proxy will be compensationally responsible, on
expense and vexation occasioned to a person in the capacity
of pursuer, defendant or witness: regard being had to pecuniary
circumstances, as per Ch. Costs. §§.

Art. 12. For the better guarding against inadequacy,
in case of blame the compensation exacted decreed may be
by more or less exceed that which would have been decreed in
the case of the absence of blame: and may be encreased in
consideration of the degree of blame, in such sort as to have the with a view partly of it having
effect of punishment.

Annext to dismissal
may be inhibition from reiteration

Art. 13 A Subjoined Annext to the dismissal may
be an inhibition to serve inhibiting the dismissed
pursuer from suing in the same or any other judicatory
for the same cause.

Inhibition to be transmitted
to Justice Minister

Art. 14 Of any every such inhibition
information will forthwith be sent transmitted with reasons to the Justice Minister
that he may for the purpose of his making communication
of it, with or without his own excuses reasons and to the several other Immediate Judicatories

Appeal against dismissal

Art. 15. The Separately from the appeal
against dismissal. Appeal may be made against the
punishment abovementioned adjuncts — all or any of them — to wit the punishment,
as per Art. 10 the compensation, as per Art. 11.12 or the inhibition, as per
Art. 13.
