Art. 1 Modes of accersition
two — general and or special: O general, by the functionary
employed of belonging to the Letter-post; special, by a functionary
employed for the individual purpose.

Art. 2. W Purpose of the special mode
prevention of art false or evasive excuses, by the eventual testimony
of the accersitor as to the verity of the excuse.

to elicit the truth of
the matter of accersitors excuse

Art.3. On this occasion the accersitor has or
is empowered to be in the presence of the accersitic
as if he was in a state of : and in case of
witnesses produced by the accersitor in proof of the truth
of the matter of an excuse he checks and registers the
several testification certification statements.
