Lawyer could no more wish for perfect health
than Physicians for do Justice
So much for the eventual gainers and thence the expectation
prevention of the partial reform in question.
From these however may have to be deducted those
whose attachment to the abuse have its rise rather in a greater
degree from in interest begotten prejudice, authority begotten prejudice,
or indigenous weakness, answer all then in the sincere
interest: and as to what proportion these may have to
those whose conduct will be exclusively determined by a clear comprehensive and just estimate
of the effects with relation to those interests till
there will be matter of accident, depending on the circumstance
of the time.
The opponents may be unambiguated and counted
with much greater certainty and precision. They may
be classed in manner following.
1. All these persons having a share in the patronage
of the proposed to be suppressed Offices.
