of the ruler or rulers no such declaration could be made

of directing these same operations. But which to a
certain degree they were of necessity employed in the accomplishment
of that object, they were by inclination pursuing
at the same time that other object their own particular
interests — the only one they really had or could have had at heart. This
object, as they could not at the expense of the other
pursue it as they had no force of their own,
craft which as it were exercised
on false pretences became framed was the only improvement
it was possible for them to employ — the only one
which accordingly they employed The quantity of
the matters of wealth capable of being extracted from the hand
by whose labour it was produced be extracted without depriving
them of existence, or calling forth an effectual resistance
being the subject matter of discourse it becomes derided
according to believe the possessor of the sovereign power authority and the
possession of the judicial power authority up between force and fraud
force without thought, took the biggest share: found by dint means
of thought extorted from for itself the productive class
