Imperfect not to say small as the extent to with which the
employment can be given to the ceremony of an oath in comparison
of that in which a demand for ends as good a security
as ever can be had that the nature of the case for the veracity of it is in demand
of The Justice of the Peace is every where: if he were
in existence every where, it is not every where that on his part the
performance of this service could be obtained exacted. For a to the question

From the habit those externally implanted of caution and correctness
in discourses attend on a judicial occasion were cause for the eventually
