5. On the part of the Judge, if a single person in the case of a single Judge, committing
to writing memorials of the authorities so referred to, and of the
references argument deduced from them in the way of argument on
both sides.

6. Recapitulating the substance of the arguments so exhibited.

7. Drawing the ultimate conclusion from the arguments so
exhibited on both sides, and pronouncing the decision or say
judgment suggested by that conclusion.

8. In the case of divers Judges, repetition of the operations
No 5, 6 and 7, or any one of or two of them, by the whole
or any other inferior numbers of the such Judges beyond one.
