The jurisprudential part class of Among the classes or divisions of men of law professional
lawyers
the class which the system of jurisprudential law has had for its
immediate authors, is exclusively the official, and among in the
official divisions class, the governing ruling class or division – the Judges. By these
and these alone have the particular decisions in each individual
suit been framed, out of from which as out of a wash have been distilled those general
conceptions have been distilled, which when framed set down by any body at random
into in the form of general propositions have stood have appealed in the place
of it so many articles of statutory law. By those on here and there
an instance, under with the allowance or convenience of the legislator
have general regulations been framed such as, if framed
by the hand of the legislator himself would have been recognized
as so many articles of statutory law.

But though the hands by which immediately employed in the framing of the system have
every no where been to be found in hands of any other division of lawyers
than the judicial, yet such, in point of interest it will be joined and so intimate has every where
from the highest to the lowest been the connection between class and order and order division and division
that even in that country those countries where the distinction connection is has been
least intimate, of which England will not appear to be one, the
interest of each subordinate class ha the favour shewn at the
expence of the community by the ruling class to the interest of any of its subordinate class
has been little less effective than of the framing of the system
had been the immediate work of the subordinate class itself. To announce the existence For the
present moment all that can be done is to announce the existence of
the connection as existing: its to bring to view the different bonds and ties
by which it has been formed, as is a task that will meet us
in its place.
