Space and Time receives enlargement almost without stint, when transferred
from the private to the public theatre. The In many

or even years be physically impossible or may not be possible not be within the sphere of physical possibility, nor at the end of that time without
a mass of vexation or and expence, some thousands of times beyond the
value if the right or supposed transgression in dispute.
At the same time the meeting which be as between the parties themselves is
there either would thus be either impossible or attended with a preponderant
degree load of vexation, expence and delay, may, as between each
of the parties and the paid or unpaid agent of the other, be not only possible
and practicable but free from any such load.
