from natural system
the result not of accident
but of design

Proof that the departure made by the existing system
from the natural system was the result not of accident
but design - the natural course the only obvious course
and what no man whatsoever could have escaped the
being acquainted with

Proof the principle
of exclusion of the evidence
of parties

A proof principle with the existing system - exclusion
put upon that which in so large a proportion of the whole
number of the ages is the only evidence, and in almost all cases
in which it is furnished when confronted the best evidence - the evidence of the
parties.

The support given by
any man to the system
may be the result of
design or inadvertence

After the root which the existing system has taken in the
public mind, by the force of interest begetter and authority begetter prejudice
On the part of any man now in existence the support
given to it may have been had for its cause th the result either of design
the depravity of the system being seen through, or inadvertence.
