Novelty of these truths
to men of law but the
public will gradually
feel their importance
New to the man of law will be these truths - too
many of these - new and correspondently proportionably un. But
sooner or later by degree, to the public they will pass on: and, to the public to truth
to such a degree importance to its dearest interests, the
public will not always be in all activeindifference<add>matter of indifference</add>
