Murder

Murder is where without having received or supposing himself to have received any recent provocation, a person
[intending] endeavouring to kill or maim or irreversibly
to disable in any of his organs or members
or a per another person whom he had no right
so to treat, kills that person or another.

personal injuries

Let it be the first object to make compensation
to the party injured as far as the circumstances
of the offender will admitt.
