Discovery of accomplices

When a criminal is convicted of an crime of rapacity
Diet him in a dungeon to make him confess not only
the his accomplices in that crime, but in any preceding
crimes. Punish him afterwards if the any
crimes come out of which he knew the authors, &
did not inform. For this purpose let 3 months dieting
be added to every sentence with power to remit it as soon
as the end is obtained. This with respect only to thieves by profession.
