just mentioned for example that we have been instancing is arranged in them under some such
Title as that of "Offences against the State," answering
to our third Class; and with a ame Viz: "Treason" —
pointing cat the Mischief to which it leads as
Accessory, instead of that of "Homicide" which points
to what it is productive of as Principal

To return to Accessories which are
such to single Principals.

Another Distinction that may
be noticed concerning them is one which I am
almost loth to mention from the hard Names
to which I am obliged to recur in order to shadow
out some imperfect Denomination for the two
Branches of it — We may observe amongst
