Acts The several species of acts prohibited by the Statute regulating
the keeping & carriage of Gunpowder are other
times instances of Accessories in fact & not Idea: viz.

Fire So also those prohibited by a very recent Statute 12.G.3.24. entitled
"An Act for the better securing & preserving His Majesty's
"Dock Yards, Magazines, Ships, Ammunition & Stores"
