these Acts, that we should speak of any of them as
Accessory So a rather to a Calamity, rather than to a

And here it must appear plain that
the Offences of the third Class do all of them in
as far as they belong to that Class come under
the latter Branch of this Division, whereby a
further Character of that Class is made manifest:
for the principals to which they may by
possibility give rise cannot be individually ascertained
