The Statute above quoted, which prohibits the cutting
of Star or Bent, creates an Accessory subsequent of
the same kind with the same penalty as the it's
Principal, without any productive clause at all.
This Penalty however is much less than that in
the Dog Act, being as more than 20d for for any Quantity.
