INTROD. Laws Radical x Subservient [BR][3][4]

To sum up what has been delivered in the present chapter
of Laws then we may say, that some are Substantive, that (I will not
say "others" merely, that would be to say little little satisfactory but that) the remainder
are Adjective

That of the Adjective Subservient some are subservient to the notoriety, i:e: concern the Promulgation, the remainder
are subservient to Certainty, i:e: concern the execution of the substantive Radical

That of a Law, whether Substantive or Adjective Radical or Subservient there are
necessarily 2 parts [& no more] the 3 one 4 the 1 Directory 2.
the Functional, the other — That the Directory again may
consist of 2 parts, or of one only. That where it consists of
2 pa, those parts are the active or energizing, & the qualifying or
restrictive.

That they may be better together comprized and one, or
each may occupy any number of Grammatical
Sentences.
