GEN: EXEMPTIONS ACCIDENT

1st A lawful energy, having an obvious connection with the obnoxious incident,
exerted on the suffering object knowing him for such what he is

Example
A Waterman taking a child up in his arms to lift him it from the shore
into theBoat to land drops it & it is drowned

2dly A Lawful energy, having an obvious connection with the obnoxious incident,
exerted on the suffering object taking him for another

Example
2 Children John & Thomas standing being on shore in the dark a
Waterman is bid to take lift John into the Boat: by mistake he ta-
up Thomas, lets him fall & he is drowned.

A lawful energy, having an connection not obvious with the obnoxious incident, ex-
or the suffering object knowing him for what he is.

Example

4. A lawful energy having a connection not obvious with the obnoxious
incident, exerted on the suffering object taking him for some other.

The depot of intention may respect the suffering object or the kind of energy
or the degree being of the same kind.

A Man may intend to do the very accomplish the very<add>inflict the very suffering event that happens but upon another: &
then the accident it is accidental with respect to the respects the person [that suffering it may be either lawful or unlawful
or he may intend to inflict a corporal suffering but short of that which — here it is
imperfectly accidental accidental in respect of the event+

Or lastly again <add> he may barely intend the simple energy with some other view, without intending
the effect which eventually or any other effect upon the suffering person. [& that view may be either
lawful or unlawful.
