not a matter of
mere ornament but
productive of great
elucidation in its
details.

As to denominations
the legislator Raving
found a separate
conception of each
moral evil encountered
by a prohibition so many prohibitions
so many offences
his conception of the
several aggregates
present a demand
for the formation of
correspondent denominations
as expressive
as possible.
For this purpose
rules are as follows.

should be
all comprehensive

demand there may be

Rule 2nd. Each denomination
should be clear
& distinct.

familiar to
interested.
