judicial proof & consequent
judicial provision.

Two ways of applying
this remedy. 1. The Father
obtains from the
Judge the faculty of
post obituary disposition
of guardianship.
2. After Father's death
on proof of widow's
inaptitude Judge
gives the guardianship
to any person proving
his appropriate aptitude.
