preservation from
any and whatsoever:
1. Not from evil lawfully
inflicted.
2. Not from distant
evil less expensively
avoidable.

Self preserving act
must in general
have been at the
time of the evil repelled,
or endeavoured
to be repelled.

Justification 4.
Repulsion of a greater
evil.
This justification
more extensively applicable.

To this offence, belongs
it's train of
attempts and preparations.
