Penal Code.Ch. III. Offences affectg. person
§. Challenging.
1.
In case of contest,
parties responsible
for challenge and for
contest.
2.
From the instruments
employed, judgment
formed as to intention
of parties.
3.
Compensation to be
awarded to the sufferer
at the charge of
the offender.
4.
In case of Death, slayer's
property goes to
slayee's representatives,
proportioned to
who are slayer's representatives.
5.
If slayee left a will,
it will serve as a
measure of the compensation
money, as
above.
6.
If slayer has sustained
damage, it
may be set off agst
damage done to
slayee.
